Totus Law LLC was founded and is led by Dr. Adam Kuczynski, Esq.

Adam strives to deliver comprehensive legal services tailored for individuals and nonprofits throughout New Jersey.

Meet Dr. Adam Kuczynski, Esq.

Adam has an extensive history working to help others.

Adam is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He holds several degrees in addition to his law degree, including a PhD in Public Administration with a focus on government, law, and nonprofits; an MBA with a focus on International Business; an MPA with focuses on city government and nonprofit management; a Master’s Degree in Communications; and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science.

Adam also serves as an Assistant Professor of Public Administration. He volunteers with several causes, including offering pro-bono legal service to disabled veterans who were denied benefits. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association (NJBA); the NJBA-Young Lawyers Division (NJBA-YLD); and volunteers on several committees within the NJBA-YLD, including the Earth Day and Philanthropy committees. He is also a member of the Catholic Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
